History

Post Production Services – one of the earliest cartoon animation film created in 1906 was Humorous Phases of Funny Faces by newspaper cartoonist J.

Stuart Blackton. It used the single frame method, and was projected at 20 frames per second. It was later followed by the first fully-animated film – Emile Cohl’s Phantasmagoria (1908, Fr.). Wins or McCay (1869-1934) was the first to establish the technical method of animating graphics. He used the popular characters from his comic strip using 4,000 hand-drawn frames to bring Little Nemo in Slumber land (1911), followed by How a Mosquito Operates (1912).

The history of Sunday morning cartoons is one that many people are not aware of.

Most assume that the process of developing the classic Saturday morning cartoons of the past were not developed or devised as part of a massive well thought out plan. Let the truth be told: the glory days of Saturday morning cartoons came about almost by accident.

In the early 1960s, Saturday mornings was not exactly a time where broadcasters could generate a lot of revenue.

There were quite a few local news shows on at such a time drawing in a very small audience. People simply did not wake up on Saturday mornings to look for cheap programming to fill time slots.

Classic cartoons of previous decades started to be “dumped” into the morning timeslots.

While no one ever thought the cartoons would be wildly successful, they were. Kids started to wake up early to catch these cartoons. Remember, back in the 1960′s, there were no DVR recordings so if you missed a program, you missed it. There was also not a lot of choice in those days in terms of TV channels.

Cable TV did not even come into existence until 1972. In the early 1960s, you had three networks and two or three UHF channels. That was it!
So, the availability of cartoon programming was not overlooked by a lot of kids.
So huge did the kid’s audience become that original Saturday morning cartoons were produced.
Scores of excellent cartoons were produced with the classic Marvel Superhero cartoon show proving to be among the most popular along with Johnny Quest and other excellent Hanna-Barbera productions.

8 summer vacation, children’s books have entered the year Sell Season. “Sunshine sister little study” series of “chocolate flavored summer vacation” in August reelection Children’s bestseller list in the ranking, evergreen, “the window of the small Peas” is still ranked second. “Laughing Cat Diary?? Cherry Vale of Spring” and “Harry? Potter and the Deathly Hallows” have risen in August rankings, columns, third and four.

“Adventure The Little Prince” series, first book, “Resurrection were Meteor” in August rose by nine spots to fifth place. The series of four books were published in June this year, but only the children of this into the Top 30.

“Moore Park Super Star Story” series “Secret Diary of Princess Why Why” and “Bodhi uncle’s Amazing Adventures” in August as well as increased rank, were up 18 spots to ninth place and 11.

Donald Duck

Donald Duck is also an animated comic-book character from Walt Disney Productions. It is a a white anthropomorphic duck with a yellow-orange bill, legs, and feet. He often wears sailor shirt, cap, and a red or black bowtie. Donals’ first appearance was in the Silly Symphonies cartoon The Wise Little Hen in 1934. He was similar to his modern appearance with the same feather and beak color. However, his features are more elongated and his body plumper.
